I am the Clubhouse Coordinator. If you were wondering how to rent the Clubhouse for an event this year, begin by reviewing the clubhouse rental rules, which you can find by clicking here. Call me at my office number, or send me an email for an application for your party.

So far this year we have only a few dates filled. Click here to see the dates that, because of prior commitments and bookings, the Clubhouse is not available for rental. Last year we filled many of the available weekends, so let me know your preferences as you make plans. First come, etc.

Since our clubhouse is a non-profit, town facility which the Town maintains and keeps available for all of us to use, our overall requirement is that people put everything back the way it was before their event. There is no regular "staff"—it’s just myself and other residents who volunteer time to make this work.

Also, as with so many of us, I do travel, but I will return calls and email as soon as I am able to do so.
